The facility is located in Tuba City and is run by the Navajo Nation. A shuttle is provided from Flagstaff to the facility.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Inpatient Dietitian (RD) – 72 total beds 
• Contract assignment: 13 Weeks 
• Location: Flagstaff AZ – Tuba City AZ
• Schedule:  Full time, 40 hours per week
  • 4x10s 

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• One year inpatient experience preferred
• One year experience with Diabetes Education preferred 
• CDR
