Hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per week
Employment Type: Part-Time / W2 Contract 60+ weeks

About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to support clinical trial participants through dietary and lifestyle guidance. This role will play a critical part in ensuring participants receive consistent, evidence-based nutrition and exercise recommendations throughout the duration of their study participation. This is an ideal opportunity for a dietitian who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a structured yet flexible environment, and is interested in contributing to clinical research.
Responsibilities
- Provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations to study participants in alignment with clinical trial protocols
- Deliver personalized nutrition and exercise guidelines prior to first study intervention and during scheduled follow-up visits
- Educate participants on adherence to study-specific dietary requirements
- Monitor and document participant compliance with nutritional guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical research teams to ensure protocol consistency
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in study systems
- Support patient engagement by fostering a positive and encouraging experience
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential with an active Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification.
- Current Missouri state dietitian license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing Dietitian
- Availability to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays within the hours of 9:00 AM–3:00 PM CST.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GLP-1 medications and obesity management.
- Background in weight management programs.
- Experience counseling patients with diabetes or prediabetes.
- Previous clinical research experience is a plus.
