We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dietitians to join our growing nutrition services team across multiple locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres, Florida. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) positions in a collaborative healthcare environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
We are currently hiring Registered Dietitians to support a variety of practice areas, including:

  • Inpatient Clinical Nutrition
  • Outpatient Oncology
  • Community Outreach and Population Health Programs
  • Pediatrics

Position Summary
As a Registered Dietitian, you will provide evidence-based nutrition assessment, education, counseling, and support for patients across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through individualized nutrition care.
Depending on the role, Dietitians may serve patients in acute care hospitals, oncology clinics, pediatric settings, or community-based wellness and outreach programs.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling for patients with acute and chronic health conditions
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics and disease management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care goals
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition interventions as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs
  • Support community education, wellness initiatives, and outreach programs, as applicable
  • Stay current with evidence-based nutrition practices and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
  • Completion of an ACEND-accredited dietetics program
  • Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) or eligibility to obtain registration

Preferred

  • Previous experience in clinical nutrition, oncology, pediatrics, outpatient counseling, or community nutrition programs
  • Strong communication, counseling, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
