The facility is located in Tuba City and is run by the Navajo Nation. A shuttle is provided from Flagstaff to the facility.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Outpatient Dietitian (RD) – small facility, 72 total beds, but census is about half. 
• Contract assignment: 13 Weeks, extensions possible for the right fit.
• Location: Flagstaff AZ – Tuba City AZ
• Schedule:  Full time, 40 hours per week;  5x8s or 4x10s
• Setting: Outpatient Diabetes Education

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Outpatient experience (2+ years)
• CDR.
• Sensitivity to the unique dietary and cultural needs of the population
• CDCES preferred
  • Candidates with 15 CEUs in diabetes education within the last year (must provide certificate of completion) can also be credentialed under DM program to provide MSMT and MNT
• Candidates with extensive Diabetes education experience can be considered. 
• Est. weekly earnings: $1930 weekly
